Hi,
I have a problem with a fuel gauge which is always in sealed mode.
I have 2 board :
A : my electronics card with bq27510 and battery ref BAT
B : the bq27510 evaluation board with the same battery
I connect this card to BQ evaluation software with EV2300 module
When I download the bq27510default dataflash file (BqEasy step 1.B) to the boards A and B, it's work. But after the board B is in sealed mode and board A in full access mode.
After, I send unsealed and full access key to the board B
Then I send (with I2C pro) the full reset command to the boards A and B. After that, board B is in sealed mode and board A in full access mode.
After, I send unsealed and full access key to the board B
If I disconnect the battery from boards A and B, when I reconnect it, board B is in sealed mode and board A in full access mode.
I think that there is a problem on board B but I don't understand wher it is.
May I have some help ?
