TPS2051B: EN When output is already pulled high

Hi Team,

Quick question on the TPS2051B. Will this device trigger it’s overcurrent protection If the Vout side is non-zero when enabled? We have a design where the EN switch is enabled but the output seems stuck at 2.8V (unless I short EN high so it comes up immediately, where Vout then rises to 3.3v).
