BQ25120A: Looking for a formula that gives RIPRETERM in terms of "% of ISET" and KKIPRETERM

Hope you are doing well. When you get a chance please see below question from the customer:

In section 9.3.12 of the datasheet for BQ25120A, Table 3 shows a few discrete points of the relationship between "% of ISET" and "RECOMMENDED RIPRETERM", along with a factor KKIPRETERM. 

I'm looking for a formula that gives  RIPRETERM in terms of "% of ISET" and KKIPRETERM or that at least gives some kind of relationship between the three.

The relationship does not appear to be linear.

I can do a quatratic/cubic/quartic regression between "% of ISET"  and RIPRETERM but then I don't know how to apply the shown tolerance of KKIPRETERM to understand its affect on min/max precharge currents.
