BQ25120A: BQ25120A application question

Dear all Expert :

                          I have some question about bq25120A.

                          1.When system down, will Vbat power be cut off ?

                          2.If register (EN_sys_out) set low, how to wake up IC ? 

                          3.If MRRESET register set 1, will it turn LDO ?

                             how about LDO turn off condition ? priority is SW first or HW first ?
