Hi,
I made a new board which follows the bq40z60evm board circuit. I had managed the same battery well with the bq40z60evm board.
However, the new board can neither charge nor discharge. After connecting the bqStudio, I manually controlled [FET_EN]=0, [DSG_TEST] =1, and or [CHG_TEST] =1, but nothing possible. After a manual reset, the operation status() becomes [XCHG]=1, [XDSG=1], while the [PF]=0.
I charged the battery over 90% before connecting to the new board. I proofread the PCB pattern and assembled components to find nothing wrong.
I attach the exported data. Would you help me to find what I missed?
