CSD87501L: The datasheet is ambiguous in footprint

Hi, I am developing a footprint for CSD87501L and realized that the datasheet does not indicate pin A1 in the drawing explaining actual connectivity on the first page.  So either S1 or S2 could be pin A1.  The design is symmetric, but it is still a little odd not to specify.  The datasheet orientation also appears mirrored from the diagram with a pin 1 indicator shown on the product description page.  Could I get the answer and the datasheet be clarified which pin set is S1 or S2 connected?
