Dear experts
We just produced new battery packs with bq20z65
All BMS boards are programmed with DFI File which contains learning gg-file and all other values like keys and so on.
Also calibration was done before these boards have been connected to the cells.
Now, we are on the state of the end test.
We write some parameters like serial number and manuf date into the IC.
Then we enable IT and set the battery into shiping mode with RSOC = 38%
When we wakeup the IC by powering from pack side we observed that RSOC is quite different, only 8%!!
If we enable IT again(after unsealing), RSOC goes back to 38%.
We don't understand this behaviour and need your help urgently.
What can we do to prevent this behaviour?
Which values or parameters I have to check?
