bQ34Z100 Alertpin Type , Is this open drain or CMOS spec at Alertpin mode ??

 I have some question for BQ34Z100  pin spec.

This device has P5  as Alertpin ( *same as HDQ line).

Question

  Is this  Open drain or CMOS at  Alrertpin fuction??     ( Mode3  P5 )
