Submit primary cells for ChemID characterization

Hello,

We are designing a battery pack around the 34z100 with primary cells for which no ChemID exists in the chemistry updater database.  We would like to submit two cells to TI for characterization.  Please provide any forms and other required information for us to send the cells to TI.
