BQ2060A Re-conditioning and Reset

I have two queries regarding the communication with BQ2060A as given below. Please help to resolve it.

1. After we get a reconditioning request, whether reset is required prior to the re-conditioning process 

2) In the datasheet, below sequence is mentioned to reset the learned data.  

            Write 0xff5a to address 0x4f

            Write 0x0000 to address 0x7d

            Write 0x0080 to address 0x7d

     I am communicating with this IC through SMBUS and the addresses specified in the above sequence are not                available in the SMBUS command list. Please advise how to write to those addresses with the specified                  values.
