The following is the schematic design of our customer.
The current requirements of M- are 350A for 5 seconds、275A for 5 minutes or 125A for 1 hour.
As the following picture shows, there is a voltage surge when the lower MOS in the half bridge is turned off.
The yellow one is the voltage of the gate(the lower MOS)，and the green one is the voltage of the M-.
The voltage surge is near 60V. Our customer is not sure wether it can demage the MOS or not. They hope TI can draw a conclusion.
And they are looking forward to the improved solutions, too.
