LMG5200: Is the situation is no problem that VCC is 0V when VCIN is 24V?

Hello,

My customer would like to confirm about the the customer's situation of power supply is no problem.

Therese project has the situation that LMG5200's VCC pin is connected 0V when VIN pin is connnected 24V. Is this case no problem? In this situation, Both PWN INPUT pin(HI and LO) is low.

My understanding of this thread is that PLMG5200 can't be acceptable  my customer's situation, however fortunately production version of LMG5200 is no problem. Is this understanding is currect?
