Active cell balancing

Dear All,

I am looking for active cell balancing approaches from TI and came across the power pump technology. I was really interested in it and thought of building one such active cell balancing approach for my Battery electric vehicle. 

But recently i saw the product chain of active cell balancing was discontinued or NRND. Could you please specify other products for active cell balancing from TI. Also it would be great if you could elaborate the issue with the power pump technology and why it was discontinued.
