LMG1020: Is there requirement for the input frequency?

Since the switching frequency of this pulse driver (LMG1020EVM-006) is 0.1-1MHz shown in the datasheet, what if the frequency of control signal is lower than 0.1MHz, like 40KHz?

In some cases, I need to generate an output with 100-200ns pulse width and 20-40KHz frequency, does this driver achieve it?
