BQ25060: Use bq25060 without thermistor

I am redesigning a small wireless device that uses a 240mAh Li-polymer battery pack with no thermistor. I want to replace the existing charger IC with the bq25060.

What is the best way to "disable" the NTC monitoring? I assume just some fixed resistors, but is there any other way?
