TPS62152: TPS62152 output voltage with no input voltage

Hello, 

I was wondering what happens, when the output sees a voltage with the input floating or grounded? Would that go beyond the abs max of Vin+0.3? So maxmimum would be 0.3 V at the output with no load connected?
