hie there
(DURING IMPEDANCE TRACKING),i have this problem:i have a 3s2p 20z70 based battery and its charging voltage is 12600mV and current 3080mA.
However i am charging it with a 14700mV 1500mA CHARGER and here is what is happening:when i charge it,the Vcell reaches 4300mV(COV THRESHOLD) around 50% charging point and at times Vcell reaches 4300mV around 100% on similar batteries.i then let the battery relax for 2hrs.After the 2hr rest,i discharge it at C/5 rate and it takes approx. 3hrs to empty and Vcells will be around 3300mV. When i then disconnect it from the load, the Vcell voltage rises steadily to between 3737mV and 3800mV.As i understand,Qmax can not update under this condition. What should i do to ensure i get the desired VOLTAGE for Qmax update?DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH VOLTAGE CALIBRATION OR IS THIS RELATED TO THE TYPE OF CHARGER THAT I AM USING?How should i calibrate voltage prior to impedance tracking to ensure that i get the desired voltages for Qmax to update?i have this problem on several batteries.
thank youin advance
