BQ30Z554 files

I am using the bq30z554-r1 gas guage.  I was advised to reference the bq20z95 since the bq30 part does not have many documents or software on the product page.  I installed the bqEasy software and can read registers when connected as a bq20.  I found a *.senc file on another E2E post.  Can I use this instead of the *DFI file the software asks for?  Also, I cannot write to flash without an *.encr file for the bq30z554.  Where can I get these 2 files?
