BQ25700A: input voltage

Hi ， i  want to confirm which pin is the supply  for the chip ? REGN? VDDA ? VSYS or VBUS?

when input Vbus  power off, before the OTG mode start, there is 10ms gap, which voltage is the operating voltage fo the chip ?
