My customer is using TPS4H160-Q1 before, but they need higher switch speed than TPS4H160-Q1. Could you please let me know if we have suitable device to meet their requirement? Thank you.

1. 4 CH high-speed / HI-SIDE / power mosfet driver (or 1CH*4)
2. 24Vin
3. Switch speed: 500KHz
4. Output current >25mA
5. Adjust current limit function
