TPS61181: TPS61181 output voltage discussion

Hi,

I have a design with TPS61181 and our Vf of LED string connect to Vout 12.8V.(see attached)

The Vin is 13.5V , it means that Vout < Vin of the design.

Is it an issue for this kind of design for TPS61181 (boost output type)?
