BQ78350 KEYIN status in TRM

Hi,

We have a question concerning the KEYIN status in the BQ78350.

In OperationStatus() (BQ78350 TRM section 16.2.37), there is a KEYIN status bit. The explanation shows that KEYIN is independent of KEY_POL (in FET_OPTIONS), however, that is not what we are observing. When we change the KEY_POL bit, the KEY_IN status bit changes with the same input.

Could it be that it is independent of the [KEY_EN] bit in that same register?
