Hi,
I have the following situation:
I use the BQ34Z110 in my design in combination with a 12V sealed lead acid battery.
To prevent the hardware to be powered(full operational or idle) when the battery voltage is below 10.5V(hysteresis build in),
the entire hardware gets 'cut off' from the battery.
Also meaning that the fuel gauge will no longer be powered.
Now the question is, will this have important consequences for the fuel gauge?
(I understand that data from DATARAM will be lost, but gets initialized with data from flash when power is applied)
Is it better(necessary) to provide an extra power circuit to the fuel gauge to prevent this disruption in power?
