Questions about the bq27621-G1 OCV measurement

Hi,

I got some question about the bq27621-G1 OCV measurement.

My customer is considering implementing the OCV measurement
for high accuarate measurement of remaining battery level.

It's their understanding that the OCV measurement should be implemented
after the intial settings for the bq27621-G1 (Design Voltage/Capacity/Terminal Voltage),
but when they checked the Control Status after the intial settings,
the OCVCMDCOMP bit had already set to 1 and the OCVFAIL bit was 0.

I'd like to ask the folowings,

1. Is it a correct beahvior?

2. the OCV measurement should be implemented with no load condition, right?

3. Is some subcommand available for the OCV measurement?

4. Is there some instructions for the OCV measurement?

Any infomation will be also a great help.
