bq78pl116 Run Time To Empty

Hello,

I am currently using the bq78pl116 with the bq78pl114 for a 6S1P Li-Po and I would like to know why the Run Time To Empty, Average Time To Empty and Average Time To Full (in bqWizard) are not updating at all. I tried 3 different bq78pl116 chips and 2 different Li-Po packs and it always shows 65535.
