bq34z110 FullChargeCapacity() and FullAvailableCapacity()

I have a question.

If I set Load Mode = 0 (Constant Current) and Load Select Value = 6 and
User_Rate-mA = 1mA then will FullChargeCapacity() and FullAvailableCapacity()

become in the near value?
