LM3481: Can COMP voltage go higher than 4.0V？

I got some problem with the  LM3481。In my application, when the  COMP pin >4.0V，the DR pin holds Low,and the FA\SYN\SD goes up to 1.31V。Next, I short the COMP and the Vcc, I got the same problem.Why is this?
