After gone through the datasheet for bq34z100-G1, noticed there are some difference in the setting available between bq34z100 and bq34z100-G1.
I have flashed bq34z100 with bq34z100-G1 firmaware and trying to reconfigure it by referring to the data in old GG file from bq34z100. Below are some of the new parameters that I found. Is there any recommendation on the suitable value that I should put in or I can use the default value? For your information I am using a Calb battery pack.

Are the parameters below equivalent? Naming at the left hand side is taken from bq34z100-G1 while the right hand side belongs to bq34z100.
Max Res Scale = Max Res Factor?

Another question is regarding the configuration of Pack Configuration B Register. When we were using old firmare, we being informed that the fast convergence algorithm, FConvEn will cause problem therefore we had disabled it. Do we need to enable it when using new firmware? Also is JEITA necessary?This option is not available in old firmware.
