BQ2084-V143 Data Overflow/Underflow ERROR

Hi,

I'm working with a BQ2084-V143 and a BQ29312A and it works. I read all the Datas over SMBUS but I have an BATTERY STATUS ERROR today

It makes 1 week I don't touch the battery pack and the charge is not beginning. The only thing I see is the BATTERY STATUS give me an error code : Overflow/Underflow.

What does it mean ? All what I found is : "The bq2084-V143 detected a data overflow or underflow."

How can I solve it ?
