The datasheet for the BQ34Z110 seems to imply that one can adjust the CC Gain and CC Delta values in BqEVSW to match sense resistor values as low as 200 microOhms. The GUI delivers a message stating that the lowest sense resistor value one can enter in the CC Delta register is 4.7 milliOhms.
What changes are necessary when using a 1milliOhm sense resistor in place of the supplied 10milliOhm sense resistor?

I intend to use the 1mOhm resistor in place of the supplied resistor because I expect to see high current spikes in my application (a maximum of about 330A)
