Can't see voltage reading on BQ34Z110

We're using the BQ34Z110 fuel gauge and circuit has been implemented as the EVM; We have the circuit working as We can communicate to our PCB using the Bq evaluation software, change registers, but somehow we can't see the voltage, state of charge  just to mention some of the reading on the Bq UI. Could be that we're missing some bit register as we're using the default settings?
