LMG1020: Problem for LMG1020

Hi Team,

When LMG1020drives EPC2019 to lighten LD, according to demo board data, the high voltage is 70V, and the pulse signal is 20KHZ, 100ns. When the power is on, the LD explodes directly, and the parallel resistance burns down. The cloth board is made according to the cloth board of demo board. May I know how to resolve this problem?
