BQ24083: Battery voltage mismatch

Hi, team.

What happens if a 4.2 V battery is connected by mistake while setting the bq24083 VBSEL = Hi (4.06 V)?
Is it determined that the battery is fully charged, and STAT1 and 2 become Chage Done?
