LM5067: The temperature drift of Vcl

Hello team,

We found LM5067 latched in 85c condition sometimes, and we are still checking the root, since it happens in normal operation condition, so it looks like OCP is the root.

I can't find any information about the temperature drift of OCP threshold Vcl, so would you like to help me check its parameter?
