BQ25120A: BQ25120A cannot wake up from Ship Mode.

Hi,

I wrote 1 in B5 (Ship Mode) of Register 0. This will enter Ship mode. OK.
However, when I press the MR button, the device will not wake up from Ship Mode.
Even if VIN is connected, it does not wake up.

Here is the circuit
