Hi,
Although the new BQ Studio is vast improvement over the previous bqEVSW (and it no longer requires frequent reconnecting of the EV2300), I am finding that the register update screen doesn't always get fully updated when refreshing/scanning.
This particularly happens after a safety event but occurs at other times too. There is no indication that the comms has failed so no obvious indication that the data shown would be incorrect.
For example, during testing, when I trigger a safety event or a PF gets set, I send the command to clear it or reset it, the device actions the command but the GUI doesn't show the updated flags. I have to restart BQ Studio to get it to refresh the register flags.
I assume this is an issue with the GUI as the device does seem to respond to the reset command or the PF clear instruction.
Is this a known issue? Is there a fix/workaround? At the very least, it would be good if the GUI could showed when the data is not updated so I know when to restart the GUI (although to my mind, it's a bit of a fudge to include a restart button in any software!) At the moment, I'm wasting a fair amount of time trying to get it to respond to commands when in fact, it already has and it's just not showing me that fact.
Thanks
