My customer has a question. because the TPS65381-Q1 is worked with the TMS570, so when the TPS65381A-Q1 is power-up at first time, without any TMS570 program to config it's registers, what is the status of TPS65381A-Q1? could it power rail output the voltage？ Thanks.
