UCC28740: UCC28740 standby power dissipation reduce

Dear experts,

My customer is designing a charger with UCC28740, Vin=85-265V AC, output is 43.2V/1.1A. Now they find power consumption is 130mW of  230V input when no load, but they need to reduce it below 100mW.

Now they find that ZD101 consumed too much power, so how to reduce Zener diode power consumption? Is it possible to use resistor divider to reduce optocoupler bias voltage to remove ZD101? Please share your suggestions. Thanks.
