BQ34Z100-G1: BQ34z100g1 sleep mode enter and exit

Hi team,

My customer is using bq34z100-g1 to do new design and have some questions. Could you please help to answer?

1. If bq34z100g1 is in sleep mode, what will trigger this gauge to exit from sleep mode? I checked datasheet 7.4.2. It says The device exits SLEEP if any entry condition is broken, a change in protection status occurs, or a current in excess of IWAKE through RSENSE is detected. And i don't  know what is the protection status change. Can you give me a sample?
   
   
   
2. If bq34z100g1 is in sleep mode, can a charge current above sleep current make the gauge return to normal mode?(assume the V(SRP-SRN) is between -0.5mV ~ +0.5mV)
