Hi all,
I am having difficulty with putting my 2S battery pack into shutdown mode before shipping. I have tried the following steps according to technical instruction SLUU264A but still cannot make it work yet:
1. Battery is in full access mode (both FAS and SS are ON)
2. Charge Present is set at 8000mA (8V so that it higher than the battery voltage at 7.4V)
3. Enter code 0010 at Manufacturer Access and hit enter
The battery did go to shutdown mode for a short time (I see the grey SBS screen) but it turn back ON in about 2-3 seconds.
Question:
1. Did I have the right procedure and set-up parameter to put the battery in shutdown mode?
2. If not, please help to give me a detail step by step how to do it (put battery in shutdown mode before shipping).
