TPS54331: Phenomenon during start-up under the pre-bias condition.

Hi,

Has anyone ever heard or seen the phenomenon that the output voltage of TPS54331 stayed around

half of the setting value during start-up under the condition so-called , "Pre-bias"?

I'm wondering if TPS54331 might has problem with start-up under the pre-bias condition.

Any advice would be appreciated.
