I have to equal Hardware, one with bq27421 (lets say Nr.1) an one without (Nr. 2). Current consumption of Nr. 1 is about 30uA and of Nr. 2 about 130uA. The difference seems so be the current of bq27421 in normal opperating mode with 93uA.
In my firmware, the bq27421 is configured with default settings (OpConfig = 0x25F8). So the SLEEP Bit is set. The sleepcurrent is also let to the default 10mA. Why is the gasgauge not entering sleep mode? What can I do wrong?
