We are not getting valid %remaining data from our bq27425-g2 chip. I believe it has to do with the values in Gas_Gauging Data Bank. Page 17 of the spec shows some of the values in the area from 0x40 to 0x5F of the Data Bank. I have to change a few values (i.e., Design Capacity, Design Energy and Terminate Voltage. But, I fear that I may have missed an important change. I was hoping you could list the meaning of ALL the bytes in that Data Block.
We are in a panic as we are announcing our new product in a US wide show later this week. I need to fix my SW so I get good values for either the State of Charge (%Remaining) &/or SOH Percentage. THIS ISSUE IS SO CRITICAL WE HAVE TO SOLVE IT ASAP. CAN I SPEAK WITH YOU?
