bq40z50evm,why are "Remaining Capacity" and "Full Charge Capacity" always at zero?

I use em2400 to communicate with bq40z50evm by bqStudio,i have set GAUGE_EN to 1,set chem_id to 0x3102 and my pack is 2 cells.But the Remaining Capacity and Full Charge Capacity are always at zero.why?

another question:I use a third-party battery pack，if i can't find the chemistry id in bqStudio,what shall i do?If i choose a similar chemistry id whose electrode material is the same as my battery cell,do i solve this？
