I am not getting the correct voltage measurement on the Bq studio using the BQ78350. I have configured the cell map for 7 cell system but the cell voltages 1-7 do no read the correct voltage. I am having a lot of issues with this voltage AFE Cell map for a 7 cell configuration as each time I try to write to the system the BQ studio does not allow the change. This is also effecting my main output for the battery and is now causing the BQ chip to disconnect and reconnect randomly.
Please if someone can help me find out why I am only getting 4722mv for a 28v system while my output voltage is only reading 20v would help.
