I have managed to calibrate and program using the BQ34Z100EVM and EV2300 the device. I have accurate currents that are scaled by 20, and voltages are accurate. It took me some time to get the IT to learn and advance to stage 5. A much deeper discharge was required than what I wanted to do, but as of this morning I was able to achieve level 5 Learned Status. Chem ID is set at 0x807, it is a guess.
Batteries are 2 x 6V 232A/hr lead acid in series for a 12V pack. They are not new though, so they may not have full capacity.
Could you please ensure that Chem ID 807 is the correct choice using the Matchcad file? I have attached my logs, current is scaled by 20, energy by 100. Notice the large voltage bounce after load removal in the discharge log, it goes from 11.3V to almost 12V during rest.
Thanks
