We are using BQ34z100 fuel gauge in our Application. we are trying to connect bq34z100EVM with EV2300 to our windows PC. The device is failing to get detected from the tool. The USB driver for bq8xxx is installed. But with that driver bq34z100-g1 is not getting detected. If we forcefully select the device from the list, there is no communication between the PC and the module. All the GUI interfaces are disabled. Please help us to fix this issue immediately.
