TS2 temperature and DSG

Hi,

The bq76930 and bq78350 once worked well and output 12V DSG.

However after detecting bad soldering and resolder, after sometime we lost the DSG output (become 0). We checked soldering joints with multimeter and found they are all connected and are without short between adjacent ones.

Both FET_EN and PF_EN are enabled. All cells (VC10..VC0) have voltage measured.

“TS1 temperature” in register view is correct; TS2 temperature is meaningless. But we measured slowly variation (period 1s to 2s) resistance (for most time percentage fraction during each period, it is 10Kohm), the register view show some absolute zero value.

Is this TS2 temperature measurement normal, and how could it happen? Would it prevent DSG from going high?

Also since we use scope probe to touch pins directly, it appears that TS2 and VC5x are nicely joined only be 10Kohm, and the scope measurement reflects it. How could we get invalid TS2 temperature?
