BQ27532-G1: Is there any available battery gauge chip that can measure uA level load current

We are currently using BQ27532-G1 which can only measure load current at mA level, but our whole embedded system application's power consumption is around 40 - 400 uAh, wondering is there any chip you recommend to use?
