TPS23751: T2P(Type2 PSE Indicator) behavior

Hi

I have a question about T2P pin in TPS23751.

I'm designing circuit of PD type2 using TPS23751.

However,  I think that our product do not necessarily require a Type2 PSE indicator.

If so, is the following correct?

 1. T2P pin in the PD circuit is left unconnected

 2. T2P circuit do not need to place in our product(PD) for IEEE802.3at compliance test.
